Refund policy

At Aesthetic Factory, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 15 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Products must be in new and unused condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories.
  • Refunds will not be provided for products damaged during shipping.
  • Refunds will not be provided for products that have been improperly used.

Exceptions:

  • Customized products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Products on clearance or final sale are not eligible for refunds.

Return Process:

  • Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
